We lived here for two years, and honestly this was the worst apartment experience of our lives. The two Assistant Managers have the worst customer care I’ve ever seen towards their residents. The attitude and carelessness is unbelievable. If you need assistance from the office or maintenance staff, don’t call. They won’t answer and you won’t receive help.
From the pictures attached our patio screen was completely tore down for the two years we lived here. As soon as we moved in there was a huge wasp problem and we were told by one of the Assistant Managers to buy wasp spray on move in day
 unacceptable. We could never use our patio due to this wasp infestation. Our kitchen light was broken for two months, dryer for three weeks. Bathtub chipped within the first few months. The maintenance team doesn’t communicate and we had them come five different times within two months to figure out how to fix the kitchen light. Trash piles up, gate was broken. If your AC breaks, good luck. If you need the emergency maintenance team say if your toilet overflows, you won’t receive the help you need.
Avoid this place at all costs, if I could I would give 0 stars.

It is the worst apartment I have rented since the first day I made the process, the executive Mona gave me bad service and then everyone gives bad service starting from the boss, she never followed up on the requirements that I requested from the beginning, it is an apartment with cockroaches and different types of insects, I have photos and videos to prove, even cockroaches got into the refrigerator. I don't recommend it and they keep your warranty by giving a really stupid excuse. Every Monday you find the pile of garbage, their garbage system is the worst and if you request a maintenance request it takes almost a month. Yes they have a good view, but very poor customer service.

LETS START WITH THEIR OFFICE STAFF. What’s with their attitude? Specially “Mona” Disappointed since day one. Apartment was given absolutely disgusting, they said “that’s not part of the contract”. Yet everyone that rents we had asked and they say that’s not true and I’ve heard of other experiences were they even leave a little welcome gift with A CLEAN APARTMENT. There were so many things wrong with it too and they took forever to fix. On top of that there were maggots in our microwave. FILLED. The person who changed it also did an awful job he didn’t make sure he cleaned out the maggots before putting up the new microwave. Anyways we love the apartment because it’s very convenient for me and my fiancĂ© and would love to be able to stay here for a couple more years but right now that’s on the line. We woke up this morning @1am with our closet and room flooding. It’s currently 8am and we still haven’t gotten any help. We called and put out a request online about the flood and STILL NOTHING. I had to write to corporate because this is ridiculous

i moved im a month ago, nothing bad i feel like im getting what i pay for. kinda a bummer that the gates aren’t working but its not that big of a deal. maintenance on the other hand, its only 1 person and he is doing the best he can; really nice guy btw. wish he had more help. other then that, i like it here so far. ms mona and aaliyah cool too

I was abruptly told I needed to move due to renovations on my unit. Park Del Mar said they would give me the same rental rate for the inconvenience. I then told them to give me time to consider due to I only had 30 days to move. I decided to stay. Since i did not sign right away they offered me a rate $200 higher than initial quoted the same month. I been her 7 years and I feel bullied.

Ever since me and my roommate moved in we have experienced nothing but problems. 2 hours before we moved in we were told that we couldn’t move in because the people who were supposed to rip out our carpet did not come. Upon move in we have found multiple problems such as a half working toilet, a shower that barley drains, outlets that don’t even work. We have made multiple attempts to have these items fixed by calling and no one has still even bothered to look. After bombarding the office to fix my toilet they finally came for it to break again. This is beyond frustrating.

Applying online was very easy and straight forward! They do not request admin fee up front so you only pay $75 app fee. I received a fast reply towards my decision via email.

I moved here in mid Feb. Complete the day one check in list. There’s water leaking under the sink, dinning area and kitchen area have outlets that’s not working, carpets were old but told me it was new, couple of the doors can’t open or close properly; broken window shield; broken oven base tray (once pulled out can’t put back in); The toilet base is cracked, shaky not stable
 dirty walls and all storages including the fridge and dishwasher are dirty and smells.

When turning in the check in list at the front office, they said I have to submit the maintenance request online, in order to get all the things fixed, it took them couple of weeks and the funny thing is that the leaking under the sink and toilet are the only things got fixed. They promised to come back later but never did.

Then in early April, the laundry washer and dryer doesn’t working properly, so I submit an urgent maintenance request, it’s been 8 weeks now, no one came look at it. I don’t even know how many calls and voice massages I left. and still no one calling me back. ( they don’t ever pick up the phone) So I called the Maintenance emergency line instead to just asking for an update, like what’s the ETA about my ticket, the person who answered my call just started to yell at me because my ticket is not considered emergency, even thought I explained the reason why.

So I went to the office about this, and of course they are on lunch break from 12 to 1pm. So I waited till 1:30ish finally someone opened the office door. I was being nice about it but was very frustrated about it his whole situation. It seems like no one in the office cared, so I asked the office lady to provide me an update, like where they are with my tickets, and of course she doesn’t know. So I asked her to let the maintenance call me and let me know the reason why it’s delayed. I waited 60 days do they even know my ticket existing? !

After talking to the office lady, I still didn’t heart anything back, so I called the front office at lest 3-4 times left messages ( they don’t pick up the phone!) and I’m still waiting on their response!

I re-submit a new ticket. Let’s see what’s next!

Also parking here is terrible, if you get home later than 10pm there’s no parking spaces. Not recommended and will not renew the contract next year.
