The appointment for my sister was for 11:20 and an hour later and the doctor still hasn’t seen her. These guys need to figure out how to manage appointments because this is very disappointing and frustrating. Why book an appointment if we have to wait for an hour after?

My Family Doctor Dr. Khan has been my Doctor for just over a year . She has been awesome! . I feel very comfortable visiting and speaking with her, she has a very caring attitude and is very thorough in her diagnoses……certainly up to any challenge I have had and answers my questions directly and honestly. I have complete confidence in her……. One of the Best Dr. I have had over the years!
As for the reception desk I find them to be very pleasant to deal with. Leaving a phone message I find their response has been very quick. I find I Treat them with respect and i receive their respect returned! 😁

I have never been so disappointed by this clinic as I have today. I have been a patient of Dr. Chen’s for 10 years. I never complain about having to wait and it is common to wait to even get in the examination room. I was stuck in traffic rushing to my appointment and unfortunately for me, I was 5 minutes late. I politely waited for 2 minutes for the new receptionist to look up and acknowledge me and she then informed me I was 7 minutes late and she would have to request if I could still be seen. I was refused the appointment after waiting 3 weeks to get in. I was told I would have to pay $100.00 and rebook. This is robbery. People take unpaid time off to go see their doctor. They wait patiently for their doctor to get to them in their queue. You expect people to lose money from leaving work to see you and pay $100 if they are 5 minutes late?! With how expensive it is to live right now, people cannot afford any extra costs. Minimum wage is $15.00. You expect people to work 6.6 hours… let’s make that 8 after taxes are taken, to pay the fee? Give your head a shake and train your staff to do better. The reviews I’ve read don’t surprise me. I thought my doctor was better than this.

Very poor management. They book and cancel appointments on their own and charge patients. Their employees call and blame patients for missed appointment and don’t listen for any faults of their own.

Never had such an experience in my 15 years of dealing with Canadian clinics. Doctors are cooperative but the staff is not. I can survive without a family doctor but can’t deal with arrogant people. Definitely moving away from them. More of a money grab then a clinic.
