Clean sheets,a small but cosy room with a lavatory, mirror and TV. The showers and WC are separate and shared with the other rooms,but clean (we stayed just one night). Should you need a towel,they are at payment and you can request them at the reception. Free WiFi,but haven't used it(not the parking).

Hotel from hell!!!
Stay well away from this hotel.
Waiting in reception 20 minutes before someone came to check me in. Gave me a piece of paper with room number and password and let me on my way. Came to the room to find it as a hostel with no toilet and to my absolute shock and disgust the room he’d given us was filthy beds were tossed and sheets and pillows on floor. Somebody else’s clothes and drink were left on the table. Changed rooms to find out we had to make our own beds. Bathrooms where shared showers where shared and towels are €13 each from reception CASH ONLY btw! The showers had bugs. Reception was rude. No aircon in the room had no sleep over the heat couldn’t breathe with how small and tight the bunk beds were. Bed sheets smelled of vomit. Actually cried to my booking provider to move hotels which was assured I would but hotel had refused to speak English on the phone to her leaving us stranded in this horrible hostelllll

Everything is bad about this place. No fan or air conditioning in the room. The neighborhood is not good. There is no lift in the building. You have to take stairs while going up to the floor. Never book this place.

This particular F1 hotel is falling into disrepair. No wonder it has a rating of 3.1 on Booking.com.
Otherwise, price is quite good and the parking with e-vehicle charging is definitely a plus

Simple, no frills, cheap accommodation. Perfect for concert in Stade de France which was an easy 30 mins walk away.

Very basic room but exceptionally clean. The most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. A perfect budget-friendly base, close to the Metro in zone 3. We purchased a zone 1 - 3 travel ticket from the metro station. Excellent value for money. You will need to bring your own towels but shower gel is provided and toilet paper is plentiful. Basic breakfast of cereal, bread/toast and jam, coffee/orange juice but there is an amazing bakery on the corner nearby. There are vending machines in the foyer. We had a side car room but we’re close to the toilets and showers. Rooms are accessed by keypads so no need to stress about losing keycards. A visit to the Basilique de Saint Denis is a must. Book online to get a reduced entry ticket. We spent all day in the centre of Paris so this accommodation was perfect for us as a base. We had planned to take a taxi home at night times but we tried travelling back late in the evening by Metro on our first night to see how safe it was. It was safe and there were plenty of people around. This saved us a lot of money. When we arrived we landed at CDG. Taxis from the airport are 56 euro to outer areas of Paris like Saint-Denis and 66 euro to the centre. We got an Uber back to CDG when we left which cost 32 euro.

You get what you paid for. Room was very clean. Be aware that that tandem rooms do not have a private bathroom/shower only communal ones. I knew this going in so there was no problems.
Man at check in didn't seem to care about much and it was a mild battle to get the room i had paid for!
