Have used Fettes TravelPlus for several vacations over the years. Ann has always been friendly, professional, prompt and creative in working with our itineraries. Fettes has saved us considerably and has provided excellent service in every vacation we have booked with them!

Was part of a wedding group of 48 travelers. We needed to add an extra person ( our photographers). We contacted fettes travelplus who booked the entire trip 10 month prior. They booked the extra person and then when we got the tickets I saw that the photographer had an upgraded room, when I called agency they said that there was no basic rooms left and so they gave the upgrade to the last minute add on. As I was paying for the extra person I asked why we would give the upgrade to the photographer rather than offer the upgrade to the brides mother. I was then told that the photographer paid extra for the upgrade. When I called the photographer she didn't know anything about the room costing extra, she hadn't paid anything as I was paying for her trip. This agency was misleading with information and unwilling to try and make things right. The cost of the trip now 1 week away is 200 less for the upgraded room than when we booked 10 months ago, they won't even offer the upgrade to us or let us change the room we have. The owner did call me but only offered more excuses. I would suggest the you try a different travel agency, there are lots of them out there. Sad that the photographer who we paid for has a better room confirmed than the bride and groom.
