One of the lowest priced properties in Tampa. A/C's get fixed quick. Nice flooring, fixtures, blinds, and resurfaced counters, but cabinets need an upgrade. Windows are old and don't keep out noise from street/neighbors.
Some neighbors were very loud and obnoxious often. Roach problem in my unit coming from other units. Leasing office staff is courteous and professional, but street noise and noisy neighbors & kids, plus serious roach problem drag it down.

I feel that at 54 years old I finally arrived at an apartment complex that gives me peace. Its office and service staff are humble people and dedicated to the residents. Always attending to our needs. They gave me a beautiful apartment and every time I have something to solve they help me immediately. Their manager Maritza, Jimmy and others are doing a good job.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t walk, run away from this place. Management is sloppy and communication is disjointed at best. They’re quick to get you in but be prepared to hit many MANY road blocks. I’m not sure if anybody in the office knows exactly what to do when issues arise. They look at you like you’re crazy for the mistakes they’ve made and they refuse to take accountability. I’ve dealt with crooked landlords before but this is on another level. I think because of the demographic they’re servicing they don’t feel the need to give white glove service. They don’t even take time to actually consider the tenants needs. Also roaches roaches roaches and more roaches. It was a big mistake coming here and I can’t wait to leave.

The outside may not look appealing, you can’t make grown people to have respect for where they live. The management has been exceptionally nice and respectful. When give respect you get respect in return, yes there have been times that I wanted to complain, yell, cuss, and scream. But what does they get me? I need them to help me, and the time that I moved in there was only one maintenance person. But with patience and understanding I was able to get all the things that I needed or desire to fix my apartment, the way I wanted to live.. When management realize I was not one of those to tear up their homes and only wanted to fix it up, they were willing to help me with whatever I needed. I did not get a refurbished there was no need. These apartments are older building. They’re not in the worst shape and they’re not in the best shape but you can make it to be what you are used to living in if that’s your desire. You can sit and complain, fuss, and gripe, but if you don’t do anything to make it any better, then it’s gonna be just that what you fuss and gripe about, I love the maintenance crew here. They’re very nice and respectful and the management is nice as well.

When I came to this complex, I was attended perfectly, jimmy attended me and gave me the tour and after I did all my paperwork was with Junior, an excellent guy who agreed to all my requests, very kind and servicial and everything was very fast and good communication, also, the girl who is in the office very friendly and always willing to help. The maintenance guys are very nice and fix everything. I like my new apartment, I give it 4 stars because they should paint it on the outside to make the buildings look better.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service, the woman that’s in the office is rude and doesn’t act like she wants to do her job. I have never felt so unwelcomed, you are renting HOMES to people and the front office lady doesn’t make the place feel the slightest bit welcoming. I went to view and tour the property, I make 3x the rent and have a great credit score but I will NOT be renting from here, do to the woman in the front office.

No lo recomiendo para nada, mal servicio, la lavandería es un desastre un mal olor en los apartamentos y miles de cucarachas, y por más q avises para el control nunca esta... Aparte el lugar es muy sucio.. Es solo ir y mirar
