Friendly staff. Nice and large comfortable room. The bathroom was large with both a shower and a bath. However, the hot water in the shower was not consistent. The breakfast was ample and with adequate variety.

Excellent hotel and service. Ben was very kind. The breakfeast had soya milk, which was unique in France. The towels were so soft and the bed was comfortable. I highly reccecimend!

We have used this hotel for several years but since the hotel was switched from an IBIS one to a B&B one, the quality of everything within the hotel has slipped. As examples, the towels in the rooms are of extremely poor quality while the quality of the pillows is also poor, the wait to be served a drink at the bar is far too long while the breakfast offering was dire i.e, the fruit cocktail/ yoghurt was tasteless, the bacon on offer was more fat than meat and the water to make tea was very much cooler than required. ||There are a couple of positives in that charging stations have been installed while the location close to the river and cathedral is good.|However, we have made the decision to no longer use!!

Great hotel in good spot to see the main sites in Chartres. Friendly staff. Spacious room with comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. The hotel backs on to the river and there’s a really pretty jetty where you can sit and enjoy a drink (non-alcoholic, the hotel doesn’t have a license).

Great value hotel with a brilliant location on the riverside and a natural park beside it. Parking was secure and well lit, but limited in size, and has height restrictions. The locality has limited restaurants, so be prepared to walk to find something to your liking.

visitors need to be aware of the steep hill to climb from the hotel to the Cathedral, otherwise this is an ideal place to stay to visit Chartres.

The hotel is fine for the budget. There are not many dining options close to the hotel,, best options seemed to be around the cathedral, about 1km away and uphill. Room I had was plus room, comfortable enough with space to work. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
