It's terrible, the pools have trash, the apartments leak, the customer service in the administration is terrible. They don't do maintenance on the units, some units don't have exterior lighting, the gym has been closed for more than a year, the trash accumulates in the common areas. Definitely a terrible experience to live.

This complex is terrible. From the tenants to the Office/Maintenance employees. They don’t check work orders. They don’t answer the phone. They tenants leave trash absolutely everywhere. It looks like a landfill. AC goes out, they take weeks to repair. It’s Florida by the way… Had several apartment floods due to their pipes/plumbing, they came and stopped the flooding, but didn’t clean up the water mess or tried to vacuum the carpet… do not bother looking at this place. You’ll regret it 100%. Just garbage.

If I could give them -zero I would!! I had to take out a 6month lease in March when my home was under construction, I didn't move in until July and moved out in October. THE WORST 3 MONTHS EVER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This place should be condemned. I have had @ least 10 work orders in 3 months, See the pictures attached. This place is rat, bug and ant infested, my toilet flooded, garbage and trash all over the complex, garbage dumpsters were set a fire, police activity was constant daily. Not to mention it took over a week to address the fact our AC unit was only cooling to 80 in mid-summer. The tub or the sink had no drain cover and the tub flooded... This was never fixed. The staff are VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. I have witnessed them belittle those that are less fortunate. Beginning with the Manager Julia, who avoids phone calls, and or any type of people contact, she tells the other staff to lie and say she is not in or can't take calls. "KK" the new Assistant manager likes to argue with residents and lie about sending emails and returning phone calls. THEY NEVER return calls and when you show up, they avoid all contact. I feel bad for people who actually call this place home, they are treated as second class citizens with no voice. I followed all steps when moving out, now they are blaming corporate for not returning my deposit. I uploaded and documented my entire stay at this place starting with my pictures when we moved in, and I also pictures when I moved out. I even called and asked about the walk through and move out process. "THEY DON"T HAVE ONE just email the pictures and turn in your keys" is what I was told. When asked about the process of returning my deposit that is when it turned ugly. They are now refusing to take my calls or see me when I show up. My next step is to hire an attorney. I can't wait to see them in court paying my court costs along with my deposit. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

My car was towed earlier this morning, the reasoning behind it being towed was due to the 'wrong parking permit'. I went to the office, the office agent said that an email was sent out three weeks ago. I have shown her on my phone that I have not recieved any email about this. There were two other tenants at the towing place with the same complaint, they said that they have not recieved any email on this update within the apartment as well. I am currently paying $173 to get my car, all because of the apartment's negligence. The customer service here is horrible, and always on the defensive.

Don't listen to the responses from the owner, I've been living here for 5 years and nothing has changed. You would be better off finding another place to live.

I would love to give it no stars. Run as fast as you can from this place. Green pools haven’t been open in years. Laundry room sat with a human feces (I reported it multiple times) for a month and a half. Most machines don’t work and it’s never cleaned. Gym is non existent, ceiling caving in. Front office changes employees monthly, which doesn’t matter because you can never get in touch with the office anyway. Trash everywhere. All the time. The tenants are questionable at best. The maintenance men are awesome and try their best but are overwhelmed. There was a shooting in the parking lot 10 feet away from me. Mold issues. Major roach infestations. Rats everywhere. Horrible lawncare company. Can’t get my security deposit back it’s been 2 months. Nobody answers the phone and when I show up, “I don’t know what to tell you” is the stock answer. I looked them up on BBB and it’s all people who never got their security deposits back. Run far and run fast. It’s disgusting.

Just recently had a tour on Friday and after the tour, I had a first impression and fell in love with the community by the curb appealing for me. The entrance of the apartments has to be clean. It says it all about the community once I stepped inside to the office they created me so genuinely Differently than the others I’ve had so far but my number one priority for these apartments to be my next new home !!!!

I lived here for a year. When I moved out, I returned the keys and the apartment in better condition than I received it. To get my full $1350 deposit back, I didn't make a single hole in the wall and left everything clean.

Now, after more than 90 days of waiting, it turns out that the deposit I will receive is only $400.

The reasons: 1) Not returning the key, which is false.
2) The apartment was dirty, which is also false. When I handed over the apartment during the inspection, they told me they had never received an apartment so clean. (I cleaned some apartments there for the management.)

The fact that they don't have competent staff, frequently change their workers, and lose the items that tenants return is completely out of the tenants' control, especially those who fulfill their obligations.

I hope more people don't move in here. It's infested with cockroaches, and the staff is truly unpleasant, as if you were living there for free! We pay them! I can't move out without returning the keys and leaving everything in good condition! That's standard anywhere.

So if you expect to get back what is YOURS (the deposit), be very careful. If anyone else here has experienced the same thing, take legal action.

This place is very bad. They increase the water price even if you don't use it. The people living here are another story; you'll see the police having a lot of work in this complex. Make sure to lock your car doors well. That's why they are doing so poorly. Now they want to recover money from the losses caused by so many people deciding to leave the condominium. It's a shame that they take money from you after you haven't missed a single day of payments and have met all the demands of this place. That's another piece of advice and the most important one... Don't move here.

I visited this place with my niece, who's starting school in Tampa this fall. The neighborhood is great, clean, with newly renovated apartments—and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Finding a decent and reasonable place to rent these days is very rare. Thank you!
