Absolutely horrific customer service. Firstly no one seems to pick up the phone in the past 2 weeks at any time. When they finally did, they passed me over to a sales agent called Christopher Beard whom I explained to a number of times that I was looking into importing Landcruiser 79 and 76 versions for my touring company in Kenya and needed quotations but also my friend was looking to purchase a 200 series in Uganda and I needed a quote for that too. He pushed me to send him invoices for recent purchases which I did as well as sent him a quote I received from Toyota Kenya. He keeps emailing me saying he is unable to provide me a quote as Toyota Tanzania have refused this as I didn't send him an invoice (which isn't true) and as my business is in Tanzania, I should purchase from them. This obviously makes no sense as my company is based in Kenya and he assured me that if their pricing is cheaper, there shouldn't be an issue with me buying from CPS. He has completely wasted my time for the past 2 weeks and so far I am still waiting on receiving a quote. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone based on my recent experience.
